"The taxi that arrived was from a company called A Stars Taxis based in Congleton. When we arrived at the airport we got charged 50 pounds. We told the driver that we had booked it online and paid 185.00 already. The driver called the taxi office and we spoke to someone else and explained what had happened. They said the taxi was booked the day before and was not aware of taxicode and that they charge 50.00 for that journey. So altogether it has cost 235.00 for that journey. We have been in touch with our bank and they are investigating. We are requiring a full refund. "
